ISCC Silverstone Preview
Tomorrow sees the Surface to air missile’s called off, and the big shiny red button is pushed yet again. Yes the International Sports Car Cup moves from Italy to the United Kingdom and Silverstone, which is a circuit that’s built on a World War II Royal Air Force bomber station. They’ll relentlessly pursue Highcroft Racing, Aero Dynamics and Sonic Racing to victory in their respective class. Eizox have just gained a new sponsor in the form of Relentless Energy Drink, which they hope to impress with.
And in GT2...It’s pretty much anyone’s guess. Though VVV GT2 still lead the championship, EZT won the last round and could potentially win this round as well. M&M are closing in as well, meaning that the competition in GT2 could potentially be a last leg, last round battle.
For most of the teams based in the UK, pride is on the line. They hope to not just win this one, but win with what will be the last ever time they use the old Silverstone layout. Next time the ISCC rolls around, they'll use the new version. Now, let- (This catchphrase will be revealed in full tommorow)
