I believe you can still test only if you've actually qualified the car.

There will be sir!why there wasn't one earlier today i have no idea someone decided not to host i guess but saturday to make up for it there will be 3 qualy attempts 8PM BST (3PM EST) 10PM BST (5PM EST) and finally 1AM BST (8PM EST)
