just moved house but the broadband has been activated this morning im good to go racing

The storm hasn't hit yet and the power is already flickering so it's not looking good, just letting you guys know I'm gonna back out for sure at this point.

guess i was one of the lucky ones Facepalmer. my sister texted me saying something happened on the next street over, and heard two transformers pop/short, and yet only had my power drop for a split second the entire time. im feeling a bit more energized right now, and will probably make the race. But at least 1/2 million Connecticut Light & Power customers are w/o power at the last time i turned on the news

i guess Hurricane Irene did more damage to my internet connection than i had originally thought. i wasnt going to risk ruining everyone else's race in B lobby. Good luck Gents

Oh well! Thank god my race ended earlier than planned because it wasn't going that well anyway. Tapped the wall on the start/finish straight six minutes in and I was trying to cope with oversteer. Iz GunDam will tell you about my spin as a consequence of the damage I suffered. Its very rare for me to lose the car at all.

But roll on the next race. At least I won't have a power handicap where-as my main rivals will, so I'll make the most of the next race if I can.

Omg that race was amazing was swapping with stonewall for the last 3 laps finally got some space on the last lap. And ran wide into the sand on the final corner

Last time while leading my controller disconnects. Today, while leading, my internet lags like hell, then because of this other cars can't see my car and so just drive straight through me as If I'm not there and get stupid amounts of damage as I spin down the straight. Then my internet dies a minute later. FFS.

I think I kinda misprinted it. Musta finished about a minute earlier. Shoulda checked my watch more... (Actually have one sitting next to me right now).

Nevertheless, that was a fantastic race! And the early battle put me in mind of my debut race.

I came dead last cus of a stupid mistake on 3rd lap, i was about to overtake and thought the other car was turning across me so i hit my breaks and swerved too much and then tapped the wall just enough that it adjusted my aero which resulted in me loosing 10mph on my top speed, which does affect you on that track.

ah well. so do i get a reduction in handicap/balast then to increase my time on the next race?

Pitty you can't have a fifth group in the lobby set-ups. You can then include a 50% power handicap for the M&M Porsche's!
