file size shouldn't be an issue mate as I upload full HD 1080 2 hour TEC stints no issue. We shall chat soon about the settings I use.

But for now I convert the raw AVI file as it is 60fps with www.Freemake.com into a full HD 1920 x 1080 mp4 @ 25fps. Then in Pinnacle once edited I keep it at 1920x1080 @ 25 fps mpeg4. Upload outside of the video editor using the youtube uploader.

I think the issue seemed to be the bitrate was set to 10000kbps, whereas I have now reduced it to 6000kbps. Does it take you 6 hours to upload?

yeah ;O( Takes forever to upload HD, and then Forever for YouTube to process it after upload too!!
