TORA MSA Ferrari 458 Challenge Rounds 5 & 6 - Motegi East - 6th November 2011 - 8pm

To recreate the close and intense racing of the real 458 Challenge the cars we will be using is stock Ferrari 458 Italia cars.

Auto-brake, Stabilty Control and ABS are banned.

Traction Control, Normal/Simulation Steering and Race Line are allowed and the choice is yours.

Damage will be set to limited.

Points will only be scored by drivers, no teams involved, and the entry to the series will be relaxed. Points will be scored as per TORA standard.

To enter, simple post in the Entry Thread that you wish to take part in the series. We will then endevour to keep the list of names up to date and to send out invites to everybody who is on that list come race night.

There will be a qualifying session before the first race which will determine your starting position in Race 1. Race 2's starting order will be set in the finishing positions from Race 1. Qualifying will be a 3 flying laps, plus a warm up and cool down lap. Clean laps will NOT take preference over dirty laps, due to the nature of the cars and the fact that we are still learning the game.

Qualifying will be set to 6 laps, Qualifi to the start of LAP 6

Collisions will be forced off.

Race 1 - Grid will form up in Qualifying order

Race 2's starting order will be set in the finishing positions from Race 1.

Daylight savings has ended here in Illinois so I'm a little confused when the race is. So it's in how many hours?

Oh, what the hell, count me in!

basically back to normal Highcroft. the guys in the UK switched back a week before we did. last week, the racing for us in the US was 4hrs behind, now it back to the usual 5 hrs (east coast time anyways)

I went from like, 10th to 6th at the start of race 1!

Race 1 was one of the best races I have ever had. Race 2, not so much.

good racing tonight. clearly didnt stand a chance with Dan, Ian or Duncan, but Simon and i had a great battle in the 1st race. 2nd race, i had a less then stellar start, and trying to avoid louis' oversteering Ferrari, i had fallen to 9th, but had worked my way back to 5th by the end. both my replays are on my SF
