Bloody hell Steven how did you do that? I can just about do 4:40 per km!
I don't know how. It just happened. just like most things in life. However i'm feeling the effects of it.
Cant wait till I get back into competitive races again mid-June-September.

Re: Sport!
Doubled the distance for my running and knocked it up to 10km now find it a whole new ball game.
Not sure if 39.12 is any good?
However really tempted in a half marathon later this year around October anyone know of what times I should be aiming for? As im really clueless with this.

39:12 is great
and do it do it do it do it do it!!
dunno if i'll make my marathon the week after our le mans been out of running since 28th Feburary (my cross country) due to my ankle injury and was sick for 2 weeks :/ it's terrible
now have to do a 16 week half marathon training plan in under 8 weeks :/
hard enough doing it in 16 weeks :/ i hate injuries SOOOOOOOO much!
but do it, it's a great challenge, i did 20.9 km run (just short of the full think, by 300m) about 2 months ago, just because i wanted to challenge myself, did it in just over 2 hours, which was better than my goal (being 2 hours) which is a pace of about 10.5-11km (or just quicker than 6min km)
highly advise the challenge, i'd join you, but my ankle hates me :/
might take up endurance cycling because that has no impact on my ankle, or for the same price as a decent race bike, i could just get a decent kart
Re: Sport!
So, Sir Alex Ferguson retires after the last game of the season against West Bromwich Albion. 1500 Games in charge. What an achievement!
With added time he'll still be there until October.

my best is like an 18 38 or slower,
bloody hell
i've had to give up running my ankle isn't stable enough to go for any longer than 15 minutes, and even then it cramps like no bodys business once i stop
managed a 11:07 for a 2.4km run in PE for school the other day, should've gotten a 10 something but again ankle didn't want to cooperate.
gonna take up cycling if we can afford the bike, helmet, gear (part i'm looking forward to the least) and everything else, love a good ride
but then again, for a bike, helmet, shoes, top, bottoms, sunnies it'll cost $5000
for that i can get a kart and gear (old neighbour races bikes and knows where and how i can get it all cheaper) so i can race karts instead, which i would much prefer

HAHAAH!!
David Moyes set to jump in there too... big gamble considering he hasn't won anything... but what does that cater for?
Everything considering Man U are expected to win EVERYTHING

...except the Champions League. For some reason they never go in there with quite the expectations or effort as you think they would.

He's too big headed and thinks he's bigger than any club he's managed.

Lol, yeah I'm usually wrong, just not this time
I think we got the next best manager in the league in David Moyes.

This is because he is better than any club, just look at his track record. He is an amazing manager and I hope he is back at Chelsea next season.

Moyes to Utd.
Martinez to Everton

Re: Sport!
Bli33ard I would love to see that but I think you have a better chance of Jimmy Savville managing the Manchester United U18's
Re: Sport!
Shame di Matteo isn't about still eh? I really felt for him when he got sacked. I really liked him (as a Spurs fan as well!)

You're forgetting Arsene 'voyeur' Wenger as well? Wonder who will go into the Emirates after he goes too...
