Well I haven't trained since early Jan because my shoulders are injured so I'm expecting the cycling to take about 6 hours!! My power to weight ratio is defo not good right now plus fitness is down so I will probably have to do a lot of pushing my bike up hills!!!
I'm most scared of this hill: "'The Wall' - This daunting climb was considered so hard that the Tour de France gave it a miss when the stage went over the Ashdown in 1994. On the Ordinance Survey map it’s steep enough to warrant a 'chevron' on two stretches. Although Kidds Hill is 1.5 miles long you will climb for a total of 2.5 miles to the summit of the Ashdown Forest at King's Standing.

I do enjoy cycling, haven't done much since September though! Need a new road bike.
