Re: TORA GT Meeting 7 powered by GT Omega - Road America
I just had a look through the entry thread, and when Run Wide and Obi switched from the Alfa to the Evora they both wanted to go privateer.
Re: TORA GT Meeting 7 powered by GT Omega - Road America
Oh I see. that has spiced up the team championship coming to the end of the season

Could somebody (who has all paints loaded) gift me the replays from lobby B?
Also, Chris (Aero) can I have race 1 from you?

I have the replay from race 2.
Also, any word on that SI? I'm intrigued as to what the outcome is.

Can someone gift me the replay of the first race in lobby 1? I want to see how I managed to miss hitting Rollin, bounce off the wall and still make the corner.

I am going to be suggesting we lengthen the SI process. As a hobby and whilst racing tuning living etc the SI's do actually take a lot of time up. Once an SI is submitted, the results can be applied retrospectively so I suggest once submitted, as drivers/racers you forget about it unless either a: you are contacted directly as involved b:get on with racing until a resolution has been reached.
Asking and chasing is now having an adverse effect on my motivation. We do them as and when we can. Once submitted there really is no need to have a decision ASAP is there. So long as you know the SI is being worked on in the best possible light that's all that matters right.
My rant over.

Ah my freakin god... Will people chill the eff out when I just ask for a simple frickin thing... Just wanted to know how much closer you were to making a decision. Honestly, since I've been back I feel as if everyone is ganging up on me. All you had to say was "No sorry, we're still looking into it" but ohhhhhhhhhhhhh f**king no. Johnnyboy asked this question, let's piss him off by having a rant at one of his simple questions. Sheesh...

Re: TORA GT Meeting 7 powered by GT Omega - Road America
Yeah, its been a long time since someone said that, and if the FIA did this, people would moan! "Inspected after the race" , not next year!! All I wanted was a simple "We're close to a decision" or "Not quite there yet" or "Haven't even touched it." Thats fine. And when your involved in an SI, surely you'd be worried about what the result was?

Re: TORA GT Meeting 7 powered by GT Omega - Road America
asking just slows it down. instead of replying to you i could be working on recording videos of incidents from different camera angles, uploading to youtube, making availablde to other stewards. Commenting on other SI's etc etc etc. on the same page only 3 posts above yours it says
"As soon as a decision has been made you will be informed"
any guesses on who the person's post is directly before that one!!! Yup, yours. Yes Standaman has also requested an update, as have others, so your reaction is not valid either, its aimed at everyone chasing, just so happened I came back from travelling for business and you happened to be the last post asking, so my response went up immediately after that post.
Just let the SI's run their course. it makes no difference to your racing oncce an SI is submitted so just get on and race. It's in hand. that should be good enough.
If we were the FIA. You'd have a permanent ban a looooong time ago I would presume, plus SI's would be done and dusted very quickly, and we'd be paid to do them. Guess what, none of that is the case so why compare!
Just get on and race will you and stop looking for arguments, your unfounded accusations because you react and take things personally really are annoying.
