Getting a clean time here is the key, that little poxy kink after the first corner is difficult to master but with practice and a keen eye for the turn in a fast time is to be had.

Best of luck and if mark could hold off posting his time for a bit we might not all hang ourselves .

Ok now there's my target:). I managed a quicker time than mine but it was dirty. I am thinking a bit of adjustment on the suss as I am getting to much throw from the quick left right turns. Either that or the approach is still too fast Will see what I can do.

Road Atl short is a very momentum based track. Wondering which previously built tune to start off with for my Focus ST...

Fran, I ran my maple tune, power tune and the inbetweener and the maple full grip is what produced the 102, only 2 straights on the track, more than two thirds of the track is corners, concentrate on your diff settings, more firm is best.

Yes, I would go maximum grip, minimum power around here - the only place the power is any use is the back straight, and the speed through the long right hander before it is worth a lot more time than any time gained on the straight.

i have to say that i ran the maple tune on rd atlanta to and it has been the most stable one so far for the little suzuki. it may turn out that we will use the maple tune for it. not sure yet. 102.4xx

Using the more powerful tune i used for Motegi East i've done a 1.02.4

Haven't run either of my TORA cars here yet, and have had equal success here with my MiTo and 57 Chevy in B Class... so in my opinion, grip tunes and power tunes both work well here. With the amount of turns, grip is good, but that long uphill section tends to favor some power.

managed a 1:03.2 with slight modifications to my Maple Short tune. there's still time to work to see if i can into that 1:02 window

Found a bit of time last night in the Focus ST. Wish I could run in the main TCC to see how I would fair, but I'll settle for the NATCC race
