Balance is the key, every little sideways moment costs forward momentum, you need to find the right combination of tyre pressures, aero balance (front to rear) and diff settings. Also, the Jag corners better when the revs are lower, so try taking corners in a higher gear and adjust your gear ratios to use the torque of the car.

Improved to a 1:21.076, think that's it, can't find anymore time!

Man it's odd that you say that, because I found just the opposite. My original setup was using the lower revs and I was really struggling to be consistent through the high speed stuff. When I went the opposite direction I found it easier to hold my line through the fast stuff. I only got down to a 1:22.0xx but was much more consistent in the low to mid 1:22.xx's. No matter what I've done though I still struggle to carry the speed through the tunnel turn just after the hairpin. Mad

Sounds fun! I meant the Jag specifically - I don't know if it's the weight distribution or long wheelbase, but every sideways slip or slide, especially on corner exit costs a tenth or two, fastest way is a smooth efficient line!

I think the longer gears help with traction, so get less wheelspin and less sliding exiting the corners, seems to make a big difference.

Just having a little play around with the cars, the Maclaren is about a second or so down. When I take the handicap off it matches the other cars.

Is there any chance the mods/admin could try it out again?

Afraid not. I have seen the car with penalty doing around 1.21.6s.

Just compared to the lambo, it has less Power, Less Grip, and Less aero. Not sure how it can ever be quicker at any track tbh
