I'd like to... but i'm completely new to the world of liverys and the marketplace. I've completed my race livery and attempted to gift to WWR Aero, but it notified me of locked liverys being the cause of not allowing it to be gifted.

So i'll venture a guess that i'd have to some how unlocked them (heavily frowned upon in the community from what i can read), or generate what i downloaded from the store myself... which could take a while. It mainly just sponsor logos, not a paint scheme or anything major.

Some one advise, i'd like to get this livery delivered by weeks end if possible.

Good question. What it is is that it won't let you gift a design which contains vinyls that you have purchased from the storefront. The easiest way for me to get your design in this case is if you save a second version in which you have removed every vinyl which has a "padlock" icon on it (i.e. all of your storefront-bought logos) and gift that version to me. Then if you reload the version with all logos on, you need to PM me a list of the logos which you purchased so that I can do the same, and re-place them in the positions you have them.

The information I need is:

Creator
Vinyl Filename
Position
Size
Rotation

Simple is to design a livery with all of the logo.s unlocked.

Note: if you buy a storefront logo you can load it up in the logo designer then "trace" over the top of it to copy it, takes time but its a good way of simplifying everything

There are more drivers than space on my (in fact ANY) friends list (so far 146 drivers and a FL cap of 100!), so please don't be offended if I accept your request, take your paint, and then remove you to make space for the next one!!!!

I spent part of the morning on with XBL support trying to see if they could do an "on request increase" like you can get a bandwidth gain increase if you phone BT and ask (top tip!!), but all I got was a "sorry, can't be done".
