After the unveiling of Team Nurbracer last month, and the following Le Mans teaser, Nurbracer is proud to present: Nurbracer @ TORA 2012.

Nurbracer's touring car, dubbed the 'RS250N' - the 'N' standing for 'NurbEdition' - was built ground-up, and was the first in the line of the new Team cars. The car features unparalleled handling from its light chassis and improved aerodynamics from the RS250. The cost of this, however, is its lack of power and thus top speed. But the car has still performed well against higher-powered cars; losing distance on the straight, and reeling it in again in the corners. The paint was originally designed by Zac Lee, team member of Nurbracer Red, and was then developed by Stan of Nurbracer Blue. The paint is now seen across all racing formats, and is reflected in the Team Nurbracer logo.


The Audi is the successor to the Aston Martin Zagato N, the second car to feature the iconic Nurbracer livery, and the car that Stan drove in the GT last season. The first four of the five Audis are mainly being driven by the GT team - Friedrich, Prawny, Stan and Mandown. The last is being driven in the TORA 24 Heures Du Mans next week, by Stan, Mandown, Trash and Mamuskills. The Audi is one of two teams being driven in the GT season, and one of three in LeMans. Weighing at just over 3000lbs and with over 520hp, the Audi is both quick off the mark, and quick in the long run. The massive rear spoiler is capable of generating over 300lbs of downforce, enough to stick it to the track whatever the situation.


Nurbracer is stepping into uncharted territory in this season's TASCAR. For both Mandown and Stan, oval racing in stock cars competitively is fairly new ground. Nurbracer has partnered with Tissot to bring the two Fords to the track. If this season proves successful, the team can be expected to return in the future.
