As some of you may know, I am a graphic artist by trade, and I specialize in race cars using old school enamel paint, brushes and airbrush. I also like to do Forza paints when time allows. Here's a couple FB links to some of my work...

Used to do paint, body, fiberglassing on this back in the early- mid 90's. we cheated and bought the numbers from "Fast Signs". Don't know how many "free" hours of labor I put into this car, seemed like it got body damage every Friday night. Fond memories of being on the team though.

and i hate to repeat myself but it seem sthe right word for the moment,,WOW,,,well cool my friend,,best i ever got was watching the racing form the stands eating a very suspect burger or two,, lol!

i feel like i wasted my youth on drugs, drink and casual sex,,,,,,but what a great way to waste something!!

Hey mikey have you ever painted helmets before? I'm going to be buying a new one and need someone to paint it for me, problem is everyone around me charges close to $1000 to paint it.

I've done quite a few helmets Louis.

I use a high-end auto restoration shop to get the helmet "sealed" with epoxy primer, use all top of the line urethanes throughout, then take it back for urethane clear. This way, the heavy spray work is all done in a booth, w/o me having the overhead of my own booth. Keeps my price down to the $500 range.

I have a new gig coming up...

A good friend of mine is now working for a motorsports marketing firm with some high profile clientale, and he contacted me about doing the paint designs. So I will be getting paid for doing what I do for fun in Forza Laughing
