2013 ACO rules and Regs & Info

GT3 / GTE to be merged into single class ACO and FIA have announced new GT category to be formed to merge existing GTE and GT3 classes together about time to

So then expect SLS, Z4, Vettes, R8, 911 (918), Vipers, Vantages, 458 to be equal at lemans and every where else

thats actually a good call it will be good to see these cars running together , i will expect to see a dominant performance from the Audi R8 LMS ultras.

I still think it will be LMP2 unchanged, GT3/GTE will become the premier GT class and then the GAGT will become the 2nd GT class.

DP's are sooo slow that I'd be thinking that they will drop the weight of the cars to make them faster, that or get wider tires.

It'd be impossible to merge the DP's and LMP2/LMPC

Overall I like it. Also I don't think we will see a race at Montreal in 2014. NASCAR has taken it off their schedule for the NAtionwide series (and I would beleive Grand-Am as well) due to Montreal having money issues.

It's a new circuit that is going to be contructed in time for late 2013 *hopefully*. Its an oval with a roadcourse, but the roadcourse weaves in AND out of the Oval permitter like Motegi, but they share the same main straight
