Problem with New Viper Pack

Has anyone else had issues loading the pack and actually getting the cars. It will download and say I purchased the pack but in the end there is always a message saying failed to download required marketplace data. Please try again later. If anyone has had this issue and knows any fixes please let me know.

Are you trying to buy it from the in game marketplace?
Have you tried it from the xbox dash marketplace?

I have tried from both it says I have purchasd the cars but they for some reason are not available to me.

Had the same type of problem..... purchased the #63 Sauber-Mercedes C9. Went back to buy cars and it said DLC in the upper left corner and wouldn't allow me to purchase it. This morning I went to my account settings and re-downloaded the Merc. Now I was able to purchase it and its in my garage waiting for paint! Hope that helps.

I tried this and i've tried downloading every way possible. Do I have to by Season pass to get this pack? I wouldn't think so but that's all I can think of.
