Cover for Race Meetings - 23rd Oct - 1st Nov

Hi all

Some already know, but thought I'd better make sure that this gets organised sooner rather than later. I'm going to be out of the country from/to the above dates, so someone (senior staff) will need to take up my usual duties of host/lobby wrangling while I'm away. Can we please get a solid idea of who will cover that, and also be available for hosting so that the race meetings during that time run as smoothly as ever.

Whoever is chief marshaling will also need to ensure that the relevant points tables are updated please, or at least that the results are recorded somewhere and not lost, so they can be processed when I get back.

I won't be available during my time off on either weekend. All I can take part in is the Tuesday night races as I am away from home each weekend then back out here in 2 weeks.

No doubt we can get the community to help cover the hosting as they normally do, but a Chief Marshal will be required and I unfortunately cannot help

I will do it though will need help with Results and updates to points

I would help but I'm not old enough to be a senior member lol

Yuo won't be there for the GT's?

Well its Hudsons first Birthday parts so will be on later than 7.30 so wont be able to set up lobbies hosts etc

I'll lend a hand where i can guys.
