He's a complete cockerel! And annoying as hell on Fifth Gear. I think his first name is actually Timothy.

Re: The right good British moan thread
I work at Morrisons. We have big signs above the aisles that tell you what's on that aisle, yet most customers seem to not be able to read them.
We recently moved our dips to the front of the store from the back, the absolute disdain and misery the customer shows when I tell it's about 20 meters away is unbelievable. Moaning over a 10 second walk.
Customers who try annoy me by saying things like "It's rubbish here, Asda is so much better". Well piss off to Asda then, I still get paid either way.
Idiot mothers who let their idiot offspring carry glass jars or fragile items such as eggs. Children can not hold ****.
The moronic tight cheap gits who will not leave me alone or move out of my way when I'm reducing stock. Shoving things in my face "reduce this, reduce that". Someone even asked if I'd reduce something that was 9p.
******** supervisor who does **** all, all night and then get's on at me for not finishing the 50,000 jobs he tasked me with.
Staff Canteen that closes way earlier then it's supposed to just so the woman who runs it can go home early.
Today has been a long shift.

Re: The right good British moan thread
my teachers at school, treat me like a 18 month old, not a near 18 year old...
all the immature 'twelvies' year 8-11s at school, think they're hilarious and 'the coolest' when all they're doing is being complete as*es.
i know i am a teenager, but i hate how rude they are!!! i've heard 13-17 year olds use language not even my parents use, more times in a day than dad is years old (49), its disgusting the language they use, sh*t and cr*p i can handle, f*ck is not too bad, i use it sometimes but the one that gets me: c**t, even thinking it makes me feel sick, just wanna smack some sense into them, just revolting.

It's now turned cold in England. Unfortunately, I don't have any physical senses at all so it's a good job all of Facebook are on hand to report.

Re: The right good British moan thread
Well, at least it's cold enough to know to wear a coat. I hate the awkward period between Winter->Summer and Summer->Winter when you're trying to judge whether it's cold enough to wear a coat.
If you don't, you could get too cold. If you do, you could get too hot and have to lug around a coat all day. You can't win.

Re: The right good British moan thread
I was watching a program called "Bouncers" on a Channel 4 channel. It follows a group of club bouncers in Colchester and neighbouring town (and scumbag capital) Clacton, which I happen to live between. It was funny because one of these clubs was on a road I walk down all the time. I also could have sworn I saw some people I recognised
Re: The right good British moan thread
Privatised public transport. One of my many gripes. Cheers Maggie.
Decided to hop on the number 3 bus, which takes me directly home from uni, rather than my usual routine of taking the Subway into town, then catching a commuter train from Central. My justification for this was that I was on the other side of Kelvingrove Park, and there was no point walking that extra bit to catch the Subway.
The bus came, and, at rush hour, it was a dinky little single decker, packed up to the brim, with two screaming children. So here I am standing the whole way to Union Street, which is a notorious bottleneck for buses (almost all buses bound for South Central Glasgow halt here), which meant I had to stand for another 15 minutes while the bus waited for it's space to slot in. This is 15 minutes stuck on ONE BLOCK. So, it finally stops, people go to get off, the mad rush happens, and I finally get a seat... Albeit squashed in beside someone of much larger proportions, who seemed to think I didn't really need any leg space along side him.
So I was like that the whole way down Pollokshaws Rd, another 30 minutes left in the journey.
Six miles from uni to home in 70 minutes, vs the usual 45 minute Subway/Rail journey. Cheers First Glasgow, cheers.

Re: The right good British moan thread
So I found out that the woman who was campaigning for the porn internet filter in the UK has had her site blocked by the very filter she was campaigning for because it contained the phrases the filter looks out for.
HA!
