I am allowing an unlimited amount of drivers to register and sign-up for the races, but there will only be a maximum of 16 drivers per event (meaning if the entry list were to exceed 16 drivers, there will be people that wouldn't qualify for the event). You're just going to have to sign-up for every single race.

The rules are on the first page for you to read and the dates and times are posted in the event sign-up forums that I post after a race.

Nope. No upgrades are allowed on the cars, which includes rims.

I will run multiple seasons, but I plan on running something called the TORA Teams Cup as my next Saturday league.
