Thank you to the staff and hosts
Being at TORA since the very beginning I have seem alot of changes and I for one would like to say thank you to the staff and the race marshals of the event.
After last night race of just under 100 drivers with not many delays for the whole event, 10pm GMT due finish time and I think the last lobby finished at 10:30pm so a great step forward for TORA there.
CQR AERO Well done to you at Head Race Marshal, your job is manic enough at that without having to host your own lobby also. Then all the work that goes in after the race also hats off to you. (there should be a recording of live timing of Aero’s screen one night and show all what is involved to make the night as it is, of course have his mic mute as he does scream sometimes lol)
Race hosts, well done to all for getting everyone in quickly and having a great night of racing.
TORA TV, great coverage and really sets this series aside from all the rest, I watched the middle and the end and boy was I glad I watched the end.
Xbox Live Well done for being how you always are and lagging people out of lobbies during the race.
Finally thank you to all the drivers what a great night of racing.

Might as well drop by and say:
Thank you all (especially to the people who brought up the idea of drag tyres) for reminding me why I love this game so much.

Re: Thank you to the staff and hosts
Yep... Looks like this year is gonna be huge.... Yall are awesome for taking this on for pence and pennies. Having both administrated a site (with a forum...heh), and run a series, and streamed live video online, before, I KNOW that not one of those things is easy to do in isolation.... Let alone all at the same time!?!? My appreciation and admiration for keeping the large, cumbersome, and sometimes quirky (and even rude) ship together. I don't know if I could/would take on this project if I was getting paid and got to hire 5 of my best friends (with salary). You guys have done it, and continue to do it as this community grows and grows.
It is a testament to your dedication, kindness, and even-handedness that this community has seemed to explode in members since I first visited after hearing the RLM guys on your podcast back when yall needed only two digit driver numbers (or maybe even one). Now yall are up to 4 and will soon be at five, which is no mean feat when you consider that this community is largely based on a racing title that is 4 years old (FM4 should have been an update of FM3 and not a new release in my opinion ... but I digress). Thanks for everything yall, if people knew how much work this all was they would be shocked and surprised!!!

P.S. Not trying to stick my nose where it should go, but if yall need anything, don't be afraid to ask!

Well done to my 'line manager' Aero (Chris) and all hosts for making it a successful return to the series! Absolutely no rustiness shown whatsoever, fantastic.
And Lobby A was being streamed? uhhhh

Re: Thank you to the staff and hosts
Thank you all for the kind words. I know I speak for the team when I say we are all proud in how last night went.
From my side, I'm massively proud of all the team behind the scenes for making this work. For the marshals and stewards for keeping everything running smoothly and for our excellent media team for putting on a brilliant live event that had be on the edge of my seat for the whole thing once I was out of the 'car'.
And to our amazing community, you are all heroes in my book. Let's all make 2013 the best year in TORA and sim racing ever.
