AEST = Eastern Austrailian Standard time

btw Italia, EST is now in daylight savings, so we are an hour ahead.

11AM GMT is 3AM Pacific Standard. Now that we have daylight savings time, it would be 4AM US Pacific, 7AM US Eastern.
