Can this wheel be used on an Xbox, im guessing no but maybe someone knows some way of magically getting it to work.

No, unfortunately not.
It has to be official MS, Mad Catz or the Fanatec one. I think there are a few more but not as good.

Blast, that things been useless since I got it, it was way too unresposive on GT5 so I just used the controler instead

Only the Logitech DriveFX works on the Xbox and it is old
