submit liveries?

I haven't seen any links for a TCC Spotter Guide, so I'm guessing you don't have to send them.

There will be a spotters guide, and a guide to the guide will be coming very shortly, to guide your submission to the guide, thus creating a guide that fits in the guide's guidelines.

i just thought that you would have to submit them like you have to for the gt championship.
perhaps we dont have to.
