Which day would be best suited for you to run in the Supercup?
Porsche Supercup
I remember you guys ran this awhile back, but sadly I missed it! Is this in the works for being run again, because I'm so down for this! We'd use the new 2011 Cup Car with no upgrades but you're allowed to tune!
Provisional Calender
Round 1: Sebring
Round 2: Indianapolis
Round 3: Road Atlanta
Round 4: Hockenheim
Round 5: Nurburgring GP
Round 6: Silverstone
Round 7: Laguna Seca
Round 8: Catalunya
Bonus Round: Le Mans

Re: Porsche Supercup
Tuning would be a bugger because I simply don't have time to do it properly, but perhaps a parallel Pro-Am class with no tuning and more aids allowed would help attract more people? Just a thought.
Either way if on the right day I'd be well up for it

Re: Porsche Supercup
Might do this. Hard to find interest for a series that only uses the car from the Porsche pack. What you could do is have a class that runs the Porsche Cup car and maybe a class that uses the RUF for those that don't have the pack. RUF may not be a popular idea because I am aware of how horrible that thing drives.

Re: Porsche Supercup
I would love to do this again. Especially since the North American side of this (NAPS) was a flop.
Would love to run myBrumo's Bruno's Racing Porsche again.

Bruno, a North American series might work out better now as we have more North American members.

Re: Porsche Supercup
Either would be fine, preferably starting 7pm or 9pm GMT. What kind of format would you be looking at running?

Sounds good to me let us know if there's any mandatory decals we need and give us an idea of what race format you had in mind plus any rules/regs etc

Re: Porsche Supercup
Hi guys I'm new to Tora and am looking to cut my teeth and this would be right up my street.
I don't class myself as anything special (racecraft wize).
I love the Porsche but am struggling with it in the corners as I don't have the mechanical understanding to tune it properly.
I know the reason it "pushes on" is down to the rear mounted engine but....That's about it lol.
If anyone could anyone give me a few tips/pointers it would be greatfully appreciated.
I would love to make it competitive.

Re: Porsche Supercup
Pretty sure there should be some tunes for the last super up done by TORA somewhere, as they ran a pro and am class, with the am using the slower, older spec cars..
Depends on what the drills are I guess or if tuning etc is even allowed.

I'd assumed that the cars would be set to stock PI but tuning the set up is allowed.
