miphesto wrote:Hi guys I'm new to Tora and am looking to cut my teeth and this would be right up my street.
I don't class myself as anything special (racecraft wize).
I love the Porsche but am struggling with it in the corners as I don't have the mechanical understanding to tune it properly.
I know the reason it "pushes on" is down to the rear mounted engine but....That's about it lol.
If anyone could anyone give me a few tips/pointers it would be greatfully appreciated.
I would love to make it competitive.
First of all welcome to Tora fella im sure you'll enjoy it here.
Secondly their are a lot of good tuners knocking around that are usually willing to help try Plow Tubbi hes usually really good at this but if you use his tune you'll need to incorporate his sticker on your car somewhere....or you can try this..see if it helps http://forums.theonlineracingassociation.com/t7992-tuning-help and the ToraTrader.
Good luck and see you on track

Hmm, anyone got this paint job? You have my interest.

Either that, or any of the 2013 ALMS paintjobs.

Saturdays is German TCC and then it will be passed on to TASCAR. Probably when TASCAR is over, German TCC and Porsche Supercup can run on the same day as German TCC starts at 7:00 PM BST and usually take not even an hour to run.

Re: Porsche Supercup
Car painted and car upgraded as per instructions above.
Can anyone tell me what kind of lap times should I be looking to achieve?
Bearing in mind that the rear of the car is sporting a novice cross

Re: Porsche Supercup
Well I've just ran mine at Sebring and done a best of 2:07.788. I have no idea how this will compare to the top times but that may give you something to compare to

I'm looking into running a North American series as well! Either the same day just at a later time in EST, or on Fridays. Also saturday mornings may be possibleDuke of Bruno wrote:Hoping for Saturdays.

Thanks Mate,
I will have a go at tuning it myself using the information you supplied. I think the spreadsheet thing maybe the way to go. I have seen the other videos before and to be honest, they don't really go deep enough if you know what I mean
