TORA TASCAR Season 3 - Tuning - YOUR VOTE COUNTS

People use tuning as a crutch for their performance too much. Tuning is part of the game. If you can't do it, just simply ask people like Venom for help.

thnx texas. stock tuning or tuning the car isnt going to make it close. the fast drivers are going to prevail anyways. tuning will help the drivers that cant tune well and ill put tunes up for every track in my sf.

I'm thinking not all those voters are going to race this.

Along with no tuning, how about you give everyone a participation prize, just so it's more "fair"? The better drivers will rise to the top, no matter what restrictions you put on.

And just so my response isn't nullified, I'm definitely considering racing this series along with a few other F4H members.

Guess I'm just going have to try my best with a tune now I did end up with a pretty sweet one at the end of season 3. Btw if its full tuning then it'll be the 1st time we've been allowed to change the aero on these cars.

that's certaintly true Chaddy.

in 2010, the year the 'Stock Car' series ran, it was STOCK.
2011, the year i took the helm and renamed it TASCAR, it too was STOCK.
Last year, i allowed tuning, but not to touch the Final Drive & Downforce.
The voting this year points to something new to TASCAR.

Just hope I can do reasonable at tuning otherwise I'm screwed

Don't worry groves myself n Venom will have tunes for the cars on our SF each week for the upcoming race

If anyone would like unlocked tunes however, just Let us know

maybe you could provide a open source tune each event.

PLOW Tubbi did that for V8 supercars worked well, then again if everyone runs the same tune it could be like a spec championship lol

Great idea

One of my favorite cars came from just that, as FMS Alonzo posted his BMW M1 tune for an XPLR Spec Series... I adjusted a couple things to fit different tracks, and its always been one of my go-to cars in random A Class lobbies.

dont think it would be classed as a spec series, because my tunes are optional. they may work they may not, im just doing this to help it be more fun and less work for the people who have limited time or skill at tuning. spec series would be classed that everyone has to use this tune i present and its not that way at all.

i agree with no tunes or upgrades...good drivers
with zero tuning knowledge get screwed.

Just ask for help for goodness sake. It's not like tunes are these guarded secrets that no one is ever willing to help people out for.
