The grid will form in the order of fastest qualifying time first, where possible.

Race 2 (Round 26)

The grid will form in reverse lobby finishing order from race 1.

Race 3 (Round 27)

The grid will form in lobby finishing order from race 2. Ranking of Lobbies will be decided in a random draw(B – E whichever gets picked will become A lobby and order will follow. Example if C Lobby drawn C, D, E, A, B)

Car is handleing well except for turn 1, but hopefully can make a few adjustments to fix that and a few other minor things and put in a good showing in the SBR Slider S15's Storefront Acura TSX TCC Tonight.

What great races.

Race 1 started 3rd stayed in touch with gary and slider then ran wide and resulted going to the back of the pack, caught up with TheFLC and tried getting past for a few laps then finally got past, next up was GTR Evoluztion who I caught up to and passed on the last lap after quite a few times of him running wide. So Gary winning the lobby and me finishing 4th.

2nd race started 3rd with GTR and FLC in front, as they was battling I got past and just got away, gary who started last damaged his aero and on the car and worked his way into 3rd but just missing out on 2nd by 0.004 seconds.

3rd race me on pole, spudgun 2nd and gary 3rd. pulled away from the lights good get away but gary was better so went to the left to block off spudgun and give gary some room, gary out braked himself into first corner and going side by side into second corner. gary got better get away and got to the third corner 1st then from then on he just made his way away from me and me pulling the gap away from slider. result of gary 1st and me 2nd so good result for PTR Aero Dynamics.

So results after meeting 9 so far for PTR Aero Dynamics.

1st in the team championships and now the winners.

That was one of the best races I've ever had. Great fun! I think I'll be loading up photo mode to get my next desktop wallpaper!

For the last couple of rounds we have been experimenting with tunes and lost our way a bit, especially at Mugello. But tonight the car felt really good and really gave the opportunity to get stuck in. Slightly more raw pace would be nice for qually, but I can't see how the car will give any more. Not with my feeble talents anyway! I think the Nurburgring makes a great venue for close racing. The replay camera shots are also awesome.

Race 1 went better than I expected, I can't really remember too much about it because of race 2, but I got up into 3rd and was slowly closing down Slider who seemed to be having one or two issues with turn one which allowed me to gain ground. Its funny how you can drive faster when you have a target. I think I got a pb every lap for the last 4 laps or thereabouts. By the end I'd gone 0.5s faster than I'd managed in testing.

Race 2. See above. Epic. Somehow got up into second and then by some sort of miracle managed to stay on terms with Gary, using all my knowledge of defensive driving mostly from watching too much Motors TV to fend him off. He did get past a couple of times, but made one or two mistakes to let me back through. The second half of the race I was looking in the rear view mirror more than looking forward, but it was great fun. Then on the last corner of the last lap the back stepped out a bit losing me momentum onto the straight. That finish was just crazy!

Race 3 wasn't quite so great, lost out quite badly in the jostling on the first lap and then got caught in an incident with GTR which put paid to a podium, but managed to salvage 4th. A bt of a shame since it was A lobby points, but you can't have it all your own way.

All in all a nice haul of points. We now seem a lot closer to 4th in the team chamionship, but I haven't actually done the maths to see if 4th is mathematically possible..

the points system really screws the guys who are finishing 6,7,8th in the 1st two lobby A races. hopefully the handycap system in between races will change it all around next season!
