Suggestion box

we will be looking into a different way of organizing the lobbies so every one will have more than 2 people in the same class as them to race against, please just bear with it for todays race and we will try to have something different next time around.

Lobby 1a - LMP1 w/ GTE
Lobby 1b - LMP2 w/ GTC

Lobby 2a - LMP1 w/ GTE
Lobby 2b - LMP2 w/ GTC

etc.

yeah kinda ticked how this one played out. but partly due to my wall scrapping in qually to cost me a second+ on time. oh well, i'll bite the bullet here but something does need to change for the lobby set ups cuz its still BS.

Keep it up guys, i know your trying your best to keep it fair.

I am for the "all 4 classes can race in the same lobby" group. I recommend 3 of each Prototypes, 4 of each GTs.

that is what we try to do every race but unfortunatly that doesnt always work which is why we are looking at something different

Yeah, I like being able to pass/be passed by all 4 classes, but the overall racing isn't as exciting for each individual class.

for me, i'd want to switch to P1 then, because i enjoy there still being faster cars on the track with me when we race all 4 classes. having only P2 and GTC would be kinda boring for me

we can make them different for every race just the concept of this is what we are looking at doing

Even although we only had 2 P cars in each lobby, I think the current system is the best.

The lobby chat should be for The lapping traffic not for random conversation. On more than one occasion I was shouting over 3 or 4 people to call out the passes.

i think first and foremost videogames should be fun...telling people they cant talk takes some of that out...ill agree that mindless chatter should be kept to a minimum, but saying that the only things spoken should be racing instructions is weak sauce...i call out my passes out of courtesy, but im always 100% sure that if im passing, or attempting to, that there is no way that i can physically get hit, and/or not be noticed in enough time to avoid an accident...i remember being "shushed" because i was explaining to run wide that i was sorry and felt like an ass for damaging our cars...to me that is not mindless chatter....

as for the lobby set up, i think that the first suggestion makes the most sense, but it takes all the fun out of being able to possible pass up in class (like GTC passing GTE, and P2 passing P1) which is really an achievement when you can do it and make it stick.

I'm not saying sit in silence but when your coming up on a car at 200mph they need to know.

While I understand what you are saying, the issue is also happening with people having their mic's muted and such. I've seen people try to drive around the outside of a gt car at turn 17 for Sebring and someone divebomb from 200ft back in the last corner this race. Both times the LMP1 driver had their mic off and didn't say anything.

I can't believe that I'm going to quote Audisport but,"when you hear some one calling out a pass, please silence yourselves."

They havnt always got there mic muted sometimes it's lag. I never mute my mic and yet at Sebring I clipped a car who never knew I was there because they couldn't hear me.

Even though I'm pretty sure I'd notice a P1 car coming up behind me.

On that subject have to say one person in particular ( sold flashbang ) is always aware whose coming up behind him and ready incase he has to move. Just wanted to point that out.

Senna, nothing is stopping you from asking for radio silence for a little bit or asking to keep the chatter down a bit. we actually encourage this. obviously don't tell everyone to "SHUT THE F$#K UP" but "Can we stop some of the chatter for a bit?" is always encouraged.

Yeah I agree with u Senna but I'm in GTC to and I always keep a eye on my Mirrors and ready for LMP traffic and in both round now I have come out undamaged.
Sometimes with the closing speeds though corners as they are between the classes being as high as 50mph or more its hard to judge when they will pass you and on what corner as one moment there not there and the next their passing you.
So noticing them is sometimes hard especially when in cockpit view.

On a more serious note. I'd prefer it if you kept it to 4 classes per lobby but sadly its hard when you have only 16 player spots in a lobby and racing 3 other guys can get lonely at times.

But on the whole a great race series thoughly enjoy it.

ok so i will leave it up to you guys, make it where there are only 2 classes a lobby and have more than 1-2 guys to race against or leave it as is and only have 1-2 guys to race with? unfortunately we can't have both so it has to be 1 or the other gents

I brought this up two weeks ago berty no one will listen so im done with multiclass as aero damage on a lmp car because of not being able to communicate is ridiculous in a endurance race. Its a shame because it could be alot better, happened in last round of TCC people just not concentrating and ruining what they wait all week tuning and practicing for.

Just so it would be more competitive.
