we do the roll off as people have a bad habit of going when the clock hits 0, the person ahead isn't moving and we get a collision and have to restart. this usually happens after we say "don't move from your position when the race starts" even!

i had B lobby set to either a 1-second or 2-second roll-off delay. do not remember now, but it would be clear to tell from my replay of today's race. it is available on my SF

heres my 2c

cap entries in all classes so you don't have 17P1's and 90 GTE's (im not sure of the numbers exactly but that is how it looks to me). This way you have equal amount of cars to fit a lobby equally. Then you would have:

3 P1's
3 P2's
3 GTE's
3 GTC's
and then fill the lobby based on how many people qualied

eg if there were more P's than GT's you could have:

5 P1
5 P2
3 GTE
3 GTC

or if it was all equal you would have 4 of each.

we look to use about 12 per lobby to help keep from lag issues and lobby crashes which is where the issues come in.

People have social lives and may not have a whole free weekend.

I second that one, I see the thought behind seperating, but Its better (for me) to have it all done in one sitting.

This is probably just me, but I start getting all muddled mid race with the pit-windows. Could it be announced early on, when, on the game timer, the 2 pit windows are?

Not sure about everyone else but I also agree with ShrinkingSteven I normally work weekends and have to take off 2 days a month for tora adding another day would make it impossible to qualify.

Thats not actually a bad idea, a set "script" so that every driver gets the same info regardless of lobby. Have to be pretty short though so the lobby hosts can get on with organising the start of the race ie speeds, when to bunch up etc
