Just watched the highlights so far, pretty nasty crash at Eau Rouge for that LMP2(?) car. Looks like Audi domination though.

All classes were or could have been close.. Very good spectacle and makes me want Le Mans come around quickly!

well aston did break the rules.....af corse fully deserved win considering how much they were done over last year with fuel rule!

I agree that the Aston's broke the rules. But the timing of which the penalties were implimented was a complete joke. Why not give out the penalties earlier in the race and not 3 hours later?? Pointless. But then again, Buemi in the 51 Ferrari got away with avoidable contact with the 91 Porsche. Hmmm...... I could go on but I'm not gonna bother.

Anyway, it was a great victory for Audi but I feel that there's more performance from the new Toyota to come, especially if they were running with Le Mans spec aerodynamics on their cars. Rebellion did amazingly well seeing how close they were to the works teams of Audi and Toyota.

Roll on Le Mans! I'm highly anticipating the GTE category cause of the face the Chevrolet Corvettes and the Dodge Vipers will add a bit of spice to that category! Very Happy

Toyota have less than a month to make it right, no rules changes will come into effect now just will not happen.

Lemans will be Audi 1-2-3. Just how the ACO want so why watch LMP1 anyways such a boring space ship class. lol!

Which totally explains how they beat Audi at 3 races last season with just 1 car.

If Toyota think Audi have an inherent advantage due to the fact they run diesel, they have every right to question the rules.
