well, turns out that if i get it from the internet it'll cost around 500 british pounds, around $853.50aus then i need shipping which'll cost a fortune, where as it'll cost me 700 and no shipping to get it from EB games 5 minutes down the road,

Car leaks? More like car reveals / confirmations happened earlier than August. Forza garage reveals began 15th July for Forza 4 and the game was released 14th October, basically 3 months before the release.

If it were the same strategic timeline, weekly car reveals should have begun 2 weeks ago.

Nothing confirmed yet Wumba, it's just in the product description, but it's the first evidence of a definite number of cars on track I've seen so far.

@Aero - If it is 24 cars, there's no reason why it wouldn't be 24 real player cars - they're less CPU intensive than AI cars (because each players Xbox is doing the physics), so it's actually more intensive to generate additional AI cars. Notice how Forza 4 is 12 players in single player (AI cars), but up to 16 in multiplayer.

@Trash - sounds great, Forza 2 was only 8 cars, so it's like having 3 Forza 2 lobbies in one race Smile Also, because dedicated servers will reduce the strain on people's uploads, we should be able to run capacity lobbies - e.g. 24, we can't even take full advantage of FM4's 16 player lobbies because it falls apart much beyond 12. So in effect 24 players would double the size of what we regularly race now, so very good news if this rumour is true.

Actually thinking about this it is really a horrid idea that now you can have your aero damaged by any of 23 drivers rather than 15 and still not get it repaired.
