Nah it's got to be a GT-R rip-off, no way is it a "458". I mean just look at that roofline how the a-pillar meets the roof and then slopes down, not to mention the shape of the lights, the DRL's, the grille and those wheels!

GT-R all the way for me.

This blurry image looks like the jet is modelled on the F-35 at the rear, & F-18/16 at the fuselage and cockpit/nose. This is codenamed the Cuban 800. There is also rumours that another jet, the Hydra, is returning in GTA V.

My guess is that it is in South Los Santos just a bit NW of the #22 marker.

That is the only dead end street I can find. (Assuming Grove Street is a dead end street like it was in GTA San Andreas)
