Help needed for Live Streaming

Hi guys, im after a bit of help if possible, Ive started Live Streaming again, i want to live stream some races at Forza Universe & maybe here when i was doing it before i wasnt using Live Chat, but now ive managed to sort it so i can chat during my video's, anyway after watching some of Tora's live stream from the Silverstone 12 hour Endurance race i noticed someone was using Skype to call someone and both voices was being streamed on the video as well as the race, does anyone here know how i can get Skype to work on my Live Streams? the kit im using is the Hauppauge PVR 2 & im using the StreamEaz in the image below
