Forza 4 Live Streaming With Twitch Empty Forza 4 Live Streaming With Twitch

Does anyone know the best settings for forza 4 when live streaming. To stream i am using the elgato game capture and also I have a fairly good upload speed. Forza 4 seems to cut out or just play back in bad quality but ive tested GTA 5 and that's fine, any suggestions?

What software are you using to stream. I've tried OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and XSplit and an upload bitrate of 3000-3500kbps should be plenty for a 720P stream at reasonably good quality.

Im using the built-in twitch stream software on the elgato game capture HD.
