Live streaming options

I have been mucking around this evening trying to find a way to stream what I see on my TV when playing the Xbox 360 live while recording the stream and having sound without paying anymore money. i.e. using what I already have and can find free!!

So....I have managed to get nearly all the way but any help will be appreciated. Anything that would produce better results than just pointing my iphone 4 at the TV and streaming that is what I'm after.

The two solutions I have got working all apart from sound both use my Dazzle. BUT....I've not managed sound yet!! AAArrgg. Could have sworn my Dazzle used to produce sound, but for love or money I just can not get the Dazzle to do the sound anymore. Anybody know how to sort it?

The first:

Free Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 (you must register though)

This doesn't support the Dazzle and was difficult to get it working. It will stream to both [url=Bambuser.com]Bambuser.com[/url] and [url=Justin.tv]Justin.tv[/url] but I just couldn't get a nice smooth stream. More likely to do with my broadband and laptop.

The second:

www.ustream.tv have a Free Ustream Producer software.

It streams to Ustream only, but works very well and I had no issues making the Dazzle work with it. Here is the stream right now for those still on here atm :

Add www.livestream.com to the list which has a free webcaster browser based broadcasting option and a free download procaster where you can mix live stream with audio video and pics in realtime.

Portable Wifi rig with generator, probably spaced throughout the circuit for coverage!! or stick an iphone with 3G to your car!!

I was thinking that but would it be worth it? By a cheap iPhone?
