MSA TORA Touring Car Championship - Round 10, 11 & 12 - Mugello Club – October 15th 8PM BST

To make sure your invited to this race, please post "IN" in the form provided in this post, before 7PM BST on the 15/10/13 We ask that all competitors are on Xbox live 15 minutes prior to the start of the race meeting, make sure their NAT settings are setup correct, and appearing online to everyone. Any competitor who does not follow these runs a very high risk of not receiving an invite, or being able to compete. [/color]

Qualifying
- A 0 second roll off delay will be in effect you have to find your own space on the track. Collisions will be set off, and damaged will be limited.
- Qualifying will be set to 6 laps, 1 warm up lap, 4 qualifying laps and a last slow-down lap used for the lobby hosts to collect times before competitors cross the line to finish the session. "Clean" qualifying laps are over "Dirty" laps. A slower "Clean" lap will start the race ahead of a quicker "dirty" lap. Make it count!

RACE

Race 1 -  conditions begins under standing start with a formation lap in the order in which the competitors qualified
Race 2 - conditions begins under standing start with a formation lap in the order in which the competitors finished Race One.
Race 3 - conditions begins under standing start with a formation lap in the reverse order in which the competitors finished Race Two.

Parade Lap

Competitors will perform a single Formation lap to set the grid positions, before a standing start on lap 2 begins race conditions.  When the lead driver reaches the start/finish straight, the driver will form up in the relevant grid slot. Each driver behind must form up in their order in the relevant grid slots.  

Settings
- Collisions during all races will be on, and set with Limited. All driving aids will be banned apart from Driving line. Steering will be a choice between "simulation" & "normal" due to issues made aware by Fanatec for wheel users.
-Each race will be approximately 20 minutes in length, denoted by a set number of laps. Racing conditions will end upon all competitors crossing the finish line. All drivers must remember the position they finished in case the host doesn't get time to write down the orders. If we don't know where you finish, you'll class as a DNF

I'd just like to take 2 seconds to thank everyone in B lobby tonight, some fantastic clean racing and one of the best examples of Touring Car racing I have ever seen.

I couldn't say a single negative word, positions were swapping throughout, 5 wide powering down the straight, and some brilliant overtaking.

Congrats to Magic and Venom on their wins, proud of everyone who was involved tonight so thank-you.

Looking to join a team using the Megane

I was a bit disappointed in my quallies, but it seems most of F Lobby had hosed their qualifying times as well. Great racing, had some great battles with James Hall, Hunty and Matt in all three races.

Just eventful...... 

The Driver's standings need to be altered so the drop score includes round 4. Because at the minute Venom & Magic are taking one of the 1st 3 rounds as thier drop score instead of round 4. Wondered how I jumped from 5th to 2nd but should probably be 5th still

Lobby C was close, I should have qualified better though.

Screwed the qualy but the racing in lobby F was fun. Had some good battles with Mikey, Schuey and Pikey, cheers guys.

Sweet I jumped to third!  

Great nights racing, I propped up the first 2 races at the back of lobby A as overtaking was extremely hard to complete. Looking forward ( kind of ) to sunset:o 

Gutted to have power issues last night!! The first 2 races wer great!! Real touring car racing

Some brilliant racing in the B lobby last night - great battles with Venom, Ranger and Vapor especially. The closeness of this championship is unreal - excellent driving and entire lobbies separated by tenths, best championship I've ever raced in

Am not sure the 360 is dead yet. From the rumblings going on and with Project CARS still coming out on the 360,,i get the feeling it might be kicking about for a while longer  

Great racing in b-lobby last night, happy with my results but need to work on my qually a hell of a lot. Getting a little fedup with always dropping the ball there.

Had to smile as well as a few of the other b lobby peeps were faces from a longtime ago, and not been in the same lobby for loads of time, was nice to do so again Jono  . However I fear it was more of a drop in form on yours, ranger, deanos and Kenny's times that allowed me to be in the same lobby,,lol. No matter, was good to have a hack with you all again  

Next week I fear I wont be seeing you,,as its one of my rubbish tracks,,lol

A lobby had 3 different RWD and 3 different FWD covered by a couple of tenths, great to see such a good mix of cars all racing competitively against each other. Before the season started the consensus was it would be a Megane walkover, but top 4 in c'ship are 4 different cars!

1st - Seat Leon (CQR MAGiC)
2nd - Renault Megane (CQR NEON)
3rd - Volvo S60 (TG Haydo)
4th - Honda Civic (CQR Jono)

Gutted fell asleep at 7 after putting children to bed!, looks like every 1 had a great race times are so close racing is great roll on the next round

Shame you missed it mate, caught you after the race in the party and I was thinking.. "wasn't he due to race tonight".

Not to worry mate, there's always Sunset to look forward to, and you never know, I may have a couple cans of something to send you before then

The third place in race 2 was always gonna be mine and enjoyed the battle with PROTOFLESH for the lead in race one, good clean racing
