European GT championship. General discussion.

ok all may I ask for calm, as this is a community series and not a series ran by our race directors team (aero, me and Jamie) may be a few teething issues which can be sorted out after the race of which Chris (aero) will be able to advise how this series can have some bugs smoothed out

Iv dropped out of racing so I can overlook everything,

As Duncan has said this is a Community driven series without the usual staff members running things.

You are allowed to race by the means stipulated.

To be honest the thread should had the closing time abit clearer, thats the reason I put it up saying it shut at 6pm as I felt drivers would miss it.

Yep agree Chaddy like I said above its a community ran series so will get some pointers what to do next time

What happened I was in a lobby but before I got fully in I got dropped and not reinvited!

It's hardly a community series anymore when it's been put in the pit lane section.

Did you contact your qualifying host?

We are going to be a little behind scheduled lobbies opening in the next 10mins.

I have not received the lobby invitation yet   

Issues with Google docs is delaying getting you guys into lobbies shouldn't be too long don't worry we haven't forgotten about you.

Still a community series as its very popular and we don't have our events starting for a few weeks hence why in pitlane not staff ran series

But it is staff ran as Chris is red?

It was edited as the rules did say 6 laps for Q but its now 7.

When this was all first part up Chris was still Blue.

The last Edit I will check what it was, should have been highlighted what was changed.

My bad I Got the start time wrong by half an hour! Hope to get in the last lobby at least.

I dont see aero me or jamie running the event so no its not a staff ran event, the community you are running it lol

I guess I did not get in Lobby E is full and I am not in it!
The calendar just shows the date, no time. But it is staring me in the face "Meeting 1 - Silverstone GP - Sunday January 12th @1930 GMT"

The issue with connections seriously needs looking at! Wiped out twice from cars flying around its a joke, you spend hours testing and then an hour waiting after quali for this after 1 turn on the start and the restart!!!!
