What if a car is about 2 sec faster in pitlane. When it has to stop in the first pit and "AI" can't break fast enough so the car doesn't stop where it should?

It's more a case of rejoin in a safe manner rather than wait (if by that you mean stationary) but would have to see the situation in particular. Did you catch what lap number?

It was the second lap, the lap we went green, 1st corner I had pasted those that went off, but was struck in the right rear quarter panel. I don't know which room I was in, but BR bolland was the room host. I didn't mean stationary. I did mean rejoin in a safe manner. You were in the same room Matt.

Sorry, yes it was the first race. I was too mad to race the second one.

I had a great time in Lobby A for the first time. If only I had 1 more lap.

Thanks for some great in lobby B last night, had some great battles with Matt, especially in Race 2, I personally think some great racing overall

I think some of the issues caused were due to sound problems with people's mics. Either we could hear people and they couldn't hear us or vice versa. That's obviously an XBL issue but additional caution ought to have been used in such cases.
On the whole it was a really good night of racing. Shame the car was a little slow.

Spectacular racing in Lobby A last night! My first ever podium finish on TORA in race 1. With ONR Eagle Eye breathing down my neck I managed to hold onto 2nd. I noticed that the sign in says Indianapolis GP for next session... is that a mistake or has the race venue been changed? The calendar says Spa I believe.

Yes, once we got in the race I couldn't hear anyone.  But, that doesn't explain why I was t-boned after I missed the original pile up. I was in front of the one that hit me. I'm not allowed to race my line, while in between the lines on the track?

It's all good, water under the bridge.  I've come to expect someone is going to hit me no matter what we are racing.  Someone goes off track, then comes right back on because they are the only one that counts.

To be honest, people should be treating this as if it were real cars. Would you return to the track at right angles without looking in RL? No, so it's not acceptable here.
Hopefully people will take things like this as a learning experience and realise the expectations we have at TORA.
I drive with an RL mentality, having raced for real I appreciate the need to have eyes everywhere.

Posted in the registration thread, but this one seems more active. As we can now change cars am I ok to use a different team livery that I have created for the Viper, rather than have to make a GoDaddy one for the Viper?

I as well run as if this is my CTS-V, I try to protect my ride as much as possible. For some reason cars don't run as good wrecked. If I exit the track, although I drive bumper cam, I make sure no one is there when I come back on, even if that mean running in the grass while the whole field is past, and I will not hit anyone. I even do that in regular hoppers. I do expect a little bumping here and there, thats racing.

Teeny question...1st June race...is it Indy as per the sign in thread title or Spa as per the update thread?

The race is at Spa , not sure why it says Indianapolis

just an interest for the members to discuss......for the final round of the GT series, would it be ok for me to drive the Bentley since im not in the championship hunt at all, pretty much gave up after 2nd round......I will get it to the required spec for it if u want
