Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
Today was a total blast thanks Mad Dog and Wizard for running a top notch series. Driving was great by everyone and the super pole was a great twist.
Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
Thanks for the praise J!
As for the racing, it was mental. Watching Karma overtake 3 people on the 2nd corner was absolutely mental, even if I was one of the victims! As for Race 2, fell back to 9th on the first 3 laps then got my head down & managed to get up to 3rd before a great 10 laps battle with Blade!! Bring on Infineon!!

Nice racing tonight....first race was ace and that move to take 3 of you in one bend,,,tasty!! lol
Well done to Nightmare of the win,,blinding pace chief
Second race was also ace,,i lost a bit of time pitting too slow but ended up having a 12 lap ding dong trying to catch up Dog and Blade. We were bunched up and pushing hard but shouts have to go out to Mr Blade,,withstood piles of pressure and held in there for 2nd,nicely done sir
But 1st honours go to Tubbi in the 2nd round,,drove a cracker and took home the bacon!!
Really enjoying this series....roll on round 3

Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
Another terrible nights racing for me!! I just dont know what my issue is at the moment!! Going through a bit of a rough patch hopefully it ends soon
Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
Another great nights racing guys. Race 1 I had a race long battle with mystic, we finished only a tenth apart I think.
Race 2 was going well, had managed to gain a couple of positions in the first couple of laps. Then the pit window opened, I thought I would pit and get myself some clean air (worked well last week). This week however I did my David Coulthard impersonation from Adelaide in 95
Still had a good race with tj, nightmare and bellmond.
Next week I think I'll need to some pit stop practice!

Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
Loving this series so far, The races are so close!
Superpole is a great twist, Really adds some tension and pressure.
Surprised at my pace last night as I hadn't touched the Silverstone tune and had only ran 6 or so laps before quali.
Race 1 I managed to eek out a small lead over Mystic and Hamish, Enjoyed watching their battle in the mirrors.
Race 2 Decided to pit early and try and jump a few places through the pits, Saw Hamish crash into the pit wall and was thinking LOL Noob when I went and did the exact same thing!
Had a great battle with TJ and Hamish which lasted right till the last corner.

Great series this one. Joined last night and was involved in some good racing in b lobby. My tiredness nearly got the better of me on the last lap of race 2 but managed to keep my place

Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
Had a great time again. Some great battles. Had to stay as clean as possible for as long as possible to keep teddygtr behind but in the end I could hold him off. I am terrible at catalunya but looking forward to it anyway.
Re: HCR Twingo Cup - General Discussion
That second race was awesome (except for me losing control of my tyre warming drift and hitting the tyre wall causing 20% damage front aero. ... yikes).
So many close battles including the latest braking ever to get past Floyd, plenty of little door handles going on including karma with the widest twingo I've ever seen.
Nightmare was having a nightmare going by the commentary and with hamish having his Renault motor bike revving up on the corners it left the way cleat for me to extend a lead.
Excellent racing. Really enjoyed it.

Bad races tonight. Got sideswiped by one guy, then rear ended someone in the sticky grass. Would have nice to have been able to turn around before they drove off.
