Anyone got any idea's of what time the beamer should be making around Road Atlanta

F4H Facepalmer has done around a 1:20.1 around it, thats the fastest I've seen.

Yeah, there are a few 1:20's on the LB with an 807 BMW. And here I was, thrilled about my UNclean 1:22, lol. Good thing I have lots of time to figure this tuning thing out. I make a change, lower my time. Make another change, and increase my time. UGH!

Alright, excellent, I got into the mid 21's quite regularly. Horrible at tuning so maybe with the extra week I can nail down a more precise tune with the build. Not too familiar with the R class tuning so if anyone is keen to lend tips I'd be glad to take them   

I have a 1:21.5 right now, but that was a one off!

Well, looks like I'll have a little more competition this round rather than just hot lapping for an hour. Mind you that was excellent to get to know the car better.

It is quite a fun car to drive once you get the hang of it!  

Yeah I am enjoying the R18 a lot more around here than Spa even though I adore Spa. Looking forward to this race already. We did a few practise sessions the other night and you can expect LMP cars to pass you every 9 minutes!!!

Every nine minutes    if its anything like Spa this is going to be epic navigating through the GT traffic the first time around was a job in itself you guys were all so close and compact it was like you were still on the parade lap i just hope i have more luck in catching you guys on the straights this time.

got a mid 08 now. not clicking with this track like i did at spa. struggling

I did about 25 mins last night and hit a 1:08.872 I believe. It's hard to do a consistent lap around here because your proximity to the curbs is constantly close. I was around .5 up on that time at times once I got into my groove. You'll get it!

I'm a second off the pace again as it stands ,I either need more practice or just a solid race again .

What are we expecting the GT's to be lapping at?

Think you will be looking at the 1:21 mark.

My best lap so far is a 1:08.679 after a couple of 30 min sessions. I had a huge spin out coming down the shacane in my first session, just got a little bit too much curb. lol

fast laptimes okay... but don't forget about the problems with xbox, private lobby issues, lag issues, mic issues...   

a fast laptime doesn't help you in racing, you need the opposite of my aforementioned problems.

WOW and throw the GT traffic into the mix and your going to have a blast

hope fully i can get a good qualifying spot and rosberg it(monaco 2013) to the finish

1:09.3xx so getting there   

Why is Long Beach now the final race instead of Le Mans?

my mistake i moved it rather than amend the dates   fixed now.

hopefully i can sort out a few things with balance by race day
