So say for a race there's 85 cars in GT3 that finish and 10 that start but do not finish. Those 10 will be ordered at the bottom in the order they qualified and the top 3 (86th, 87th, and 88th) will recieve the points for those positions. As the rules state, anything below 88th will remain at zero.

There were 11 DNF/DNS's in race 1 and 15 in race 2 in GT3.

Therefore you came 44th and 40th in class after you subtract the DNF/DNS's from above (55-11 = 44, 55-15 = 40).

now that we know your finishing position we can give out points, Race 1 you scored 45 for 44th and race 2 49 for coming 40th.

45+49 = 94

Hopefully that makes sense?

The primary reason we're not able to do that is lobby hosts, as in we just do not have enough experienced Marshals to take on that many lobbies. As it is, we're usually tight on Marshals come any given Sunday.

That and we'd only see four cars per class per lobby, and in long races, that would end up being not much more than an extended hotlapping session for many racers, and nobody wants that.

So logisticly how is silverstone going to work?
Pitting is horrendous, setting up lobbys can take more then 30 min, and these ate just two of many problems

theyll receive invites once stint one is complete, at least then most issues in terms of invites should be dealt with way before the stint starts with you only having to invite 1 or 2 people not all 14

So theoreticaly lobby4, stint one is behind by 30min,
Stint two will be in a holding pattern for 30 mins for one driver? Thats not going to work bud because the longer the lobby is open the worse it gets:(

just checked the docs and noticed some people scoring double so corrected formula's

all should now show ok

still waiting for results for a few stints, hopefully I'll have them all by tonight so I can finalise the data and sort the sheet.

Whats the point in both drivers in any team putting two drivers out there then? Sorry, its a bummer but it is an euduro round,,,,2 stints....unless you represented in both i fail to see why someone should get double points. This gives a clear advantage to privateers.

because the overall standings would be ruined if some were able to score more than others for this round. The only way to stop that were to give you the score of the car rather than each driver scoring only for their stint.

running both drivers means you both score points for the overall standings. if only 1 drove the other guy would get 0.

which way would you score it? if you've got a better way let me know and I'll do it that way.

If we did score per driver stint then people double stinting would score double therefore beating the drivers that ran the car as a team and then the privateer would have a massive advantage.
