Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
How come Abs/Stm is being allowed now? Its never been allowed
Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
We allowed it for PCAR's and there's no reason not to. You're not gonna go any faster with it.

Im sure teams who have done round 1 will get priority for the 40 cars on the grid?
Seems stupid not to, and be out of the hunt from then on, for instance missed initial sign ups because of work for example?
It's not stupid.. But would you prefer a Continuing Team Confirmation period?
Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
That would be much fairer on the guys who are doing it all season long, to try to get the bonus points etc.

The plan is yes. We're finalising just how that's going to look in the coming weeks (even the Staff deserve Christmas off I guess ) So expect more news in the first couple of weeks of Jan.
Also we may have some interesting news regarding our media coverage in the new year

Is the 458 build correct? I can only get R833 with, Race Brakes, x1 Front & Rear tyre width.

Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
Has anyone else noticed/flagged that the R18 always starts with 4% transmission damage (before you even move)? Is there anything in place to counteract this/allow the R18 drivers to repair at the start of each stint? Would be a bit sucky to run with that all the way to the first fuel stop.
Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
Im sure 4% isnt going to hurt you.

Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
Would 4% even make any difference to performance assuming it doesn't mean that this increases through out the stint

Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
It's not 0% so it will definitely have an effect, particularly over 120+ laps (first 10 laps of every stint before refueling). Seconds could make all the difference!
Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
It'll only be less than 1/2 tenth you lose per lap so it's not a massive loss. It'll only be a max loss of 5 tenths in that one stintCQR Aero wrote:It's not 0% so it will definitely have an effect, particularly over 120+ laps (first 10 laps of every stint before refueling). Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
When I have been driving it, I have 0% Damage. Maybe as your using Manuel with Clutch that may have an affect trying to get these cars moving. I only run Manuel and I have 0% damage
Re: MSA TORA Daytona 24H - General Discussion
I am running manual with clutch, but if you just sit on the line, don't rev, change gear or anything, check damage and it's 4%. Must be a bug. Not game breaking just annoying.
