Rules updated with race 2 ballast.

Basically the top 3 finishers of lobby A (as it stands just now) will each have a 5% power handicap for Race 2.

Hope there will be NATCC since most of the American drivers will not be able to participate so it will mainly be European at this point which is the deciding factor if I'm going to register or not

Just hand wrote the dates for CJ Wilson and there are NO EVENTS overlapping so unless this is just an excuse because of hosting issues I'm pretty sure somebody will be glad to step up and host for the US times
