anyone else think that we should have some sort of gallery thread because I have seen plenty of photos of everyone's entries. it would be good to see them all in one place.

I stressed that the Silverstone builds aren't balanced for this, but it seems that my warning wasn't heeded. Oh well, we'll see what happens.

Pole at Brands Hatch should be in the 1:24s for GT3, 1:29s for GT4.

...you're friggin' kidding me, right? What a constructive comment... I have no ground to stand on? Right, I did the ENTIRE BoP for Silverstone, but I have no ground to stand on because I didn't pick up everyone else's slack and do it again for this series. Not only that, but I told Matt on Sept. 26 in the BoP thread that it's not a good idea to transfer the builds. On Oct. 3, just one week later, he says "I assume the GT's are as the last spreadsheet shown on page 2?
If so I'll pinch those for The BGT stuff"

So it's my fault that I got ignored despite giving a warning AND other people requesting Matt to make a new thread for BGT to knock it out on time? No. Sorry, but you're dead wrong.

Please remember that this is just as much about preparing a GT3 and GT4 class for future TORA events as it is a celebration of British GT working with us.
I'm happy with the times I've seen - we all know and appreciate that the clever people within their teams will tune the cars within the restrictions provided to add competitiveness. We can never - nor should we - regulate against innovation.
My aim with this is for everyone to enjoy a British GT short season on Forza and also gather some valuable data for future series.

Mainly though...let's have fun! Smile

Will be the first time I've done a proper race series on forza, did a touring car series on GT6 which was good and enjoyed it massively!

It's great on TORA you will LOVE IT. I've been on here since 2013 although only been a regular since September 2015 and completed 2 seasons of touring cars and took part in Daytona 24hrs along with a season of touring cars and 2 gt3 series on TURN. I can honestly say I've made some great friends through this site and while I've ventured to other race forums I've always come back to TORA because it's one of the better organised sites and yes they have issues with lobbys and lag outs but who doesn't lol.
If your looking for real close racing with other enthusiastic and committed drivers who also know how to have a laugh then you will have a great time here!
And with the future looking bright with the merge or TORA (the online racing association) and TURN (the ultimate racing network) only better things are to come.

Definitely hope I do! Good to see a few real world drivers on the entry list for the winter series! Should make for great racing!

Some the liveries I have seen have had so much time spent on them! My teams is definitely more minimalistic

No problem.
Qualy starts at 8pm (UK time) with the races starting soon after once the hosts have allocated the lobbies.
I'm aiming to have the qualifying lobbies posted on Saturday evening though have to be careful as it's my wedding anniversary!!
So have a look on Saturday or Sunday morning to find out who's hosting your qualy lobby and add them on XBL Smile

No, just that qual lobbies will be likely posted Saturday night. Qualifying is on Sundays at 8pm in England

lol well considering I'm faster than the time posted earlier in this thread on my out lap, and faster than the BMW quote just after that with no tune or testing.....I need a REAL benchmark! Haven't played forza in months so I seriously doubt I'm really that quick!
