What's the gts running at long Beach?

If you can get below a 1:04 then I think you'll be safe

Interesting. Here are the real times at the Roar of the 24:

Oreca 07 Gibson 1:38.343 (quite a bit slower than our class but LMP2 took the top 4 times)

In GTLM it was the Chip Ganassi Ford GT #67 driven by Ryan Briscoe with a 1:44.380. (pretty close to our version)

#59 Manthey Racing Porsche 911 GT3 R, driven by Sven Muller, clocked fastest time in the GT Daytona class with a 1:46.810 (one-tenth of a second ahead of the Riley Motorsports’ #33 Mercedes-AMG GT3, driven by Jeroen Bleekemolen.)

For all you LMP guys, are you getting them times, with the restrictions on if you have any?

Yes, all times here are done with proper restrictions unless stated otherwise. I've gotten all the prototypes to do a 32.9 or better on Daytona.

Also, this is a bit further up in the calendar, but I was messing with a Ferrari 458 on Road America and got that down to a 2:04.4.

Im terrible then, Im doing 1.34's in the mazda lola without the restrictions as im using test drive :/ and with restrictions doing 1.36's

You wont be the slowest, besides, theres more than a week left before the race... Practice.

As a slightly above average driver I managed 1:34.8 in the restricted Toyota within 6 laps. It's not too hard, not that easy, but very reachable. I was hitting 202mph at the line. It should be a close contest with the slower Riley. The Ford wins the infield, and the Toyota reels him back in at the start/finish line.

I can hit that time as well good to know I'm on par with a pro Porshe driver lol

44.9 with the Corvette GTE refuse to use "liberty lines" though bus stop. So who knows what I could have gotten if I did.

Sadly im at Uni and the internet doesn't allow Forza multiplayer to work but does a 64 man game of BF1 with no issues!!!!!!

Any benchmark times for long beach in the gt class so I know what I'm up against ??

1:34.7 in the Ford DP. I don't think I'll get much quicker than that.

1:33:1 in the Chevy DP for myself, but probably all it has.

1:33.3 for me in the Chevy DP - on the limits too.

Should be seeing 1:18s at Long Beach in GT for sure. Mid-high 1:11s in Prototypes.

Did a 1:43.2 with the Ford at Daytona but it could probably hit a 42 with a bit of tuning.

there maybe a reason the new P2/DPI cars maybe slow, due to the new engines in the back of the car. Gibson has asked them to turn them down for reliability reason. the DPI cars (when they not running the Gibson V8) had to turn their engines down aswell to match the Gibson V8s so for this year their abit slower, but next year they will be at the max power.

as for the Ferrari I'm in 46.3 at Daytona, could find abit more speed to play with

Just curious do you use lowest downforce, highest downforce or sth in the middle for Long Beach?
