Sonoma is tough, low 17s are silly lap times, I’m 18.2 with maybe a tenth or 2 to give.

16s would be 100% perfect laps, and even then idk about doing one in 5 laps of qualifying.

It would take a damn good lap in the Camaro to get a 16.9. I wouldn't be surprised if something like a Javelin or Mustang did it, though.

Anyone been testing yet? I’m at 33.0 at Laguna for the final round, have some 32.7’s but they were dirty and I don’t want to talk about them. I disgust myself when I think about what I did at the corkscrew for a 32.7, I have shamed my mother.

32.7 pb so far. Very difficult for me to nail a lap under 33 on this track.

The first right hand bend is the killer for me, corkscrew is a pain also, but I can hit it if I get the brakes right over the crest and keep the car to the outside before turning in.
