While I'm currently uninterested in the E lobby events (no disrespect, but I'm not here for politics), I do have info on the recent party issues. I have contacts and references to verify this stuff, and can confirm that XBL's party issues are just one of many problems on this current OS version.

Without any "overly tech-y" descriptions, the current issues effect Group DMs, Party Chat, and Audio respectively. I don't know much more, but the Group DM and Party bugs also effect general Social features and even LFGs. There are most likely more issues to be, "fixed" next update (or broken even more). No timeline for a hotfix/update as of my knowledge.

In other words; They broke it. And are still trying to fix it.

(Side Note; Audio bugs include a de-sync issue when loading/changing games and apps. Might have more problems than that, but I haven't heard much.)

I'm not in this series obviously, but I'm confused by all this talk about chat being broken. Game chat has been crap forever, this is true. Party chat though I have never had a problem with. I got a One 4 months after launch and upgraded to an X early last year. My gaming friends and I have spent hundreds of hours online in GTA, Destiny, The Division, COD, Ghost Recon, Forza, Horizon, ESO and have never had a problem with party chat. Sure, every once in a while someone drops out momentarily, but that stuff happens everywhere occasionally. To say that it is totally broken to me is ridiculous. I can't possibly have used it for 4+ years without ever having a problem if it was. I would have a better chance of getting hit by lightning while a plane crashed on my head at the same time. I'm completely dumbfounded as to how this particular group can have so many problems with it.

I honestly think its certain peoples connections causing errors disconnecting everyone in the group. I've noticed it only happens to me when certain individuals are in the group. Other than those times, I have NEVER had a problem with group chat.

I am someone who frequently has a lot of people in party chat, 8 or more people and I have an Xbox One since the day it launched. From the test that others and I have done is that parties over 6 will have small issues, such as one or 2 desyncing. At 8 or more the chat becomes unstable and will cause the entire party to desync and at least 1 person to disconnect. This happens on the xbox app no matter the device. In I think C lobby, the lobby i was in, we had 2 desyncs and 2 people disconnect from party by the end of the race. to play devil's advocate no VoIP system is perfect, all will have issues, but it's about limiting these issues.

I think it may also be a problem for those who play on PC and use the Xbox app and what not to join partys. There is an issue there somewhere.

That's probably true. I've jumped in to chat from the xbox app on the phone and it's spotty sometimes.
Also, using a VoiP service such as discord while on Xbox is very cumbersome, and not practical at all if your using a headset.

The problem with your hypothesis is that this has always been a thing since the xbox one has been around and as a reminder the xbox one wasn't always on win10 and the pc app hasn't always been a thing. I will leave with a question do you want a VoIP system that is easy and knowly doesn't work or some kind of alternative that might be hard for some to use but is more likely to work when needed.

Steve colgate is the positions u make u from qually to race so if u qualified 10 and finishd 1st u get 9 points

Results for Lobby B is still not up.

What happen to D lobby? We had 6 GT4 cars. Was it due to lobby delay? Catalunia race was amazing with 10 gt4s in a lobby. Hope we can repeat it at SPA
