Description by AMS Turismo: I had crashed mid way through the stint and lost half a mile, and over the rest of the stint I diminished the 2000+ ft gap to Mulsanne and CB3 as they battled. I passed CB3 and before I could even set my sights on Mulsanne I was hit and spun sideways. CB3 then cut the track in sector 4 to match my pace. After they passed when I was stuck behind GT traffic, I then lined up another overtake near the end of the stint only to for CB3 to turn in on me like I wasn't there, even though I had overlap. I felt the aggressive driving was unsportsmanlike as it impeded on what should have been a fair, clean battle, and that my recovery drive was ruined as I had the potential for 4th place, but that was taken away from me through no fault of my own.

Stewards Decision: In the stewards view, these incidents on their own don't reach the level of a penalty. As a whole however, VNX CB3 displayed some questionable driving standards. He will receive a written warning with an advisory that any displays of this nature in the future will elevate any penalties.

Description by DDM Driv3: I was battling Brandy through some GT traffic. Coming up to T14, brandy overtakes Striker outside on entry, there was still room there for me so I go to follow him only for striker to turn hard left and shove me off track onto the runoff.

As I'm attempting to rejoin the circuit, EDO timer cuts the apex of 15 by so much, I'm forced to either have contact with his car or the wall. I ended up in the wall so I didn't hit him but had he not cut the apex, there would have been enough room for me to squeeze by the wall and for him to have a good line through the corner too.

Stewards Decision: No action. EDOtimer did nothing wrong. It is the responsibility of the driver rejoining to do so safely and not impede oncoming traffic.

Description by BigChungusCN: As per the clip I called time on stint ending and racerboy proceeded to contuine after the alloted time gaining roughly 7-8 seconds in process

Head Steward Statement: When an SI is filed, the defendant is notified and given the opportunity to explain or defend their actions. Due to an unfortunate oversight on my part, Racer Boy was not afforded this chance. Subsequently, we have accepted evidence from him, which, after review was verified to support his claim. He in fact did not violate the end of stint procedures. As a result, the penalty against him has been rescinded and his stint results have been reinstated.

This is in no way a reflection on the stewards team or their fault in any way. The mistake was mine and mine alone, which I take full responsibility for.

Racer Boy has my sincere apology for this unfortunate set of events. I hope this does not dampen his view of TORA, it's staff and support teams, and that he remains an enthusiastic member of our community.
