i sent you a message just now. hopefully you'll get it.

anyway, about the time thing, if you have MS vista,

right click on the clock in the bottom right ----> Adjust Time/Date ------> click on the "additional clocks" tab ----> find the "(GMT) greenwich mean time : Dublin, edinburgh, lisbon, london" one and click that

click apply

then hover your curser over your clock. the bottom one should be the time that all the races start...with your local time above it.

that way you're never late.

that should be in the FAQ or something

when you set the original time zone, you gotta turn on DST...forgot that part

but if you set it to GMT it should automatically detect DST, well mine has anyway.

surprisingly enough i pay out the nose for them.

i had to get the "business" internet from my cable provider to avoid DL caps, which costs around 70£ a month.

then i gotta donate to the sites to be a preferred member and stay in good standing...so thats usually an extra 10-15£ every couple months.

but it's the only way i can keep up with all the racing around the world.

I CANT BELIEVE IT!!

GT3 lobby leader by an entire lap pretty much and then ran out of petrol!!

teachs me a lesson for getting too comfortable. Pretty gutted

While the race had a lot of action in A lobby, I feel I got the short end of the straw on two bits of traffic. Which I feel cost me first place, but oh well maybe next time.

Best race ive had on TORA so far...

Me & Switch were bumper to bumper and getting side by side for the whole first half of the race, with not a single bit of contact!! Made for an amazing race and made it interesting for the LMP1s that were trying to get past. Got scared a few times to see an LMP1 either side of me!

I had to make my last pitstop with a few mins to go, which didn't lose me a place but i would of finished within 300 metres of Butcher, which is an accomplishment itself

tire wear issues for me today, i need more life out of them.

got tucked up behind the GT3 car of nick real late in the race and couldn't get around cause my tires were done... then there was some contact and i got sideways and into the magic grass.

gashi passed me with like a minute 30 left to go.

BEST RACE I HAVE EVER HAD, OVERTOOK SBIGGS360 PRACTICLY LAST CORNER WEN HE WAS OUT OF FUEL AND TOOK THE WIN CLOSELY FOLLOWED BY TEAM LEADER AND MY GOOD FRIEND RACELEGENDMNB1 FOR A 1-2 FINNISH IN OUR LOBBY, HOPING FOR A 1ST PLACE OVERALL FOR THAT RACE

Very close finish for GT4 and GT3.
GT3 Leader ran out of gas on the last turn and GT4 Leader Lagged out a lap before the last lap...

i could hear the announcer in my head Slim.

"Slim Stoner and DMR SWITCH are having a heated battle for 2nd place in GT1! Who's going to provail? Ford or Chevy?" (several laps later, and after pits stops) "oh no. DMR SWITCH makes a mistake and looses ground to Slim Stoner" (repeat that 'x' amount of times )

It indeed was a great battle Slim, and i hope we can have the same kind of output from both of us for next weekend's GTC at Sebring.

My first TORA race went ok. I would be lying if I didn't say I was disappointed with my result. The Rahal BMW had the speed and proved it with the 2nd fastest lap at a 1:44:198, but my pace was not consistent enough. The tires were not working well. Overall it was a great learning experience and I'm looking forward to the next race.
