Anyone know if theres a decent fantasy F1 league we could all join, where we could have a mini league for everyone on TORA?

They now will only approve cars made of leather and gold.

yeah was watching it yesterday.... 18.2's better but they're still struggling it seems on the longer stints. Tyre degredation sited as the main reason for this among observers.

We shall have to see what their pace is like in the race. Qualy they MAY be up there or there abouts but I dont know if they'll sustain a competitive pace throughout...yet.

The timing of it is the worst thing. When Bernie brought up the gold medals system for the first time it was poo pooed by pretty much everyone. Now this is dropped in two weeks before the season starts leaving little time for anyone to do anything about it at whats got to be the busiest time of the year for the teams.

Its good to see im not the only one who sees the FIA and Bernie's bias to ferrari. I do hate ferrari but im dont hate them enough to just believe this for the sake of it. Bernie new as soon as Schumacher left he was going to have to help ferrari and there drivers to win. We saw it last season with decisions going to ferrari and this years rule changes. Only ferrari really have the money to through at these changes late on - other teams cant afford this. Bernie wants to reduce the costs - stop making so many bloody changes!
Even though im a Mclaren fan i was hoping brawn GP would do well this year, never mind!

Read in the paper this morning that the medals system has been postponed until 2010 now. This coming season the scoring will remain as it was for 2008.

That is correct.
However, the new season is most likely to be overshadowed now with what I shall be terming 'diffuser-gate'.
Red Bull has already stated its intention to complain if Brawn in particular s allowed to race with its current design. Interesting the only reason they can come up with is that they're faster than them. Seems like a MASSIVE case of sour grapes to me!

This 'diffuser gate' is a package used in WRC i think, If teams are being creative around the rules, what is the problem. Its Braun GP and Red Bull, i think it would be good for them to have an advantage, it would bring them up with the top teams.

Excellent news with the points and that. Shows bernie is losing his control.
