losing is never fun. Go HARDDAN 2605 wrote:WWR Aero wrote:AJ wrote:Thats going to be embarrassing when they beat you then!
I think Chillz will have him pegged at least!
To be honest, I've come to a conclusion this afternoon. I don't really care anymore if I don't either beat the best guys or if I don't get another win or championship. I'm tired of spending most of my time doing set-ups or trying to really practice around all the circuits. If I get another race win, great! But I'm just going to try and enter any championship now for fun.
Hense why I've decided to enter the HRC because there isn't any other championship in TORA where you can just drive the car however you like; or to have really good fun by making the car go really, really sideways. I'm not moaning; I'm just too tired for this serious stuff now.
So if WWR beat me, GREAT! But I'm not that worried anymore. I just do my own thing and thats that! I got a bit tired as well with the way PLOW were on at me everytime my name got mentioned.
So lets continue with the season and may we all have a blast!

gary, you formed your team after you submitted your REF, at which time you were registered as a 'teer in the M6.
Sorted now, don't forget to submit your spotters guide pics.

awesome racing tonight in lobby B.
first race had a great battle between redbeard and i for almost the entire race...
then at the front, adam and louis and y22 had a good battle. dan ran away with it.
2nd race, dan clawed his way back to 2nd place after early contact shuffled him back through the order...but he chased down y22 and louis, who were having a good battle in the first half of the race cause they had been able to pull away after the bumps. y22 was able to take the lobby win though so congrats to him.
those 458's are just dominant.

that they are. but my F430 was decent enough to crawl up to them on the straights.
a shame i lagged out chasing after nickFTM on lap 11 in the 2nd race. got the little 430 down to a 1:20.494 range in the 1st race though (hit a 1:20.53x on my own in the 2nd after i lagged out)

The BMW was amazing on the straights, but it's a bit of a boat in the corners.
Congrats to deathsendhippy on the race 2 win, while I took the race 1 win in Lobby E.

Two really good races tonight. First race just by myself trying to keep out of trouble, shame Ian lagged out would have been a good battle. 2nd race bit more incident with the faster cars trying to make their way through, had a good battle throughout with Aero and im sorry Chillz if I hit you on your screen but on mine I braked before you and you just spun off so it had to be lag as I had no damage. Still a 3rd and 2nd place, good way to start off the season

Re: GT3 Round's 1 & 2 Discussion Thread - Road Atlanta Full
I had fantastic racing tonight, best I have ever done in the GT3s. Running relatively competitively in an A lobby was good for me
Those Vettes are incredibly quick in a straight line but we were keeping with you guys in the corners. Loved it tonight
And it looked like a pure Lag crash between Nick and Switch from my replay. I'm noy gonna start blaming anyone on it but its just one of those things. And then we had Ian lag out in Race 1 and even although we are running on the same connection tonight I survived And then Switch lagged out right in front of me in Race 2 which was a shame as I was catching you guys the few laps before.

YES! I'm still really glad to finally get rid of the F430! lol
I could have been in A lobby but I got held up on everyone of my qualifying laps. Nevermind, it was still a good night overall.
Race one reminded me of my first ever race with tora in season three of the gt3's. But I enjoyed race 2 even more when I got took off but then I clawed my way back up to second in that lobby.
I have to say very well done to my team mates for doing an exellent job with this cough.....rubbish......cough Ferrari. All three cars in the top 15 in each race was what I was hoping for....and we did!

The 430 aint bad, it was quicker than my 458 in a straight line and wernt slow round the corners either so I dont quite understand why your in such a hurry to get rid of it for lol

Its not good enough though to be a title contender. The 458 is the better car; as is the corvette z06. I've tried them both.
Myself and my team mates all agreed on this subject before we decided to switch cars. So it wasn't all my doing! lol
